FL400 Human Performance

The Human Is Mission-Critical.

The aircraft is treated as a mission-critical system.

The human should be treated as one too.

AviatorsRx is building a new approach to human performance in aviation — integrating readiness, recovery, sleep, nutrition, movement, cognitive performance, and career longevity.

Our Mission

To become the global leader in aviation human performance, operational readiness, recovery, and career longevity.

Every aircraft receives meticulous maintenance.

The pilot deserves the same level of precision.

Our mission is to build the most trusted human-performance system for professional aviators — integrating readiness, recovery, sleep, nutrition, movement, wearable insights, cognitive performance, and career longevity into one aviation-specific approach.

Because aviation has evolved.

Human performance should evolve with it.

The Gap

The Human Performance Gap

Aircraft have evolved dramatically.

Human performance has not.

AviatorsRx closes that gap.

Modern aviation demands precision, endurance, and cognitive sharpness — yet aviators operate under chronic circadian disruption, irregular fueling, sustained sedentary load, and years of accumulated fatigue exposure. We combine aviation experience, human-performance science, wearable insights, and coaching to close the distance between what the aircraft can do and what the human operating it can sustain.

Pillar

Sleep

Sleep architecture and circadian alignment engineered around duty cycles, time zones, and irregular schedules.

Pillar

Performance

Cognitive clarity, sustained energy, and operational readiness when the mission demands it.

Pillar

Longevity

A career that lasts, and healthspan that outlives it. More healthy years doing what you love.

Trajectory

The Future of Aviation Performance

Where the industry stands today — and where it is going.

Today

Human Factors & The Future of Aviation

The Human Role Is Evolving

Aviation is changing.

Remote operations.

Increasing automation.

Autonomous systems.

More complex human-machine interaction.

As technology evolves, the role of the human operator evolves with it. But the need for attention, judgment, readiness, resilience, and high-quality decision-making remains.

AviatorsRx believes the next generation of aviation should advance the human-performance system with the same seriousness that it advances aircraft technology.

The role of the aviator may change. The importance of human performance does not.

Seven Summits

Mt. Vinson Massif · Antarctica

Six of the Seven Summits complete. Extreme performance tested where the margin for error disappears.

For more than four decades, Tom Fabbri has pursued one question:How do we help people perform at their highest level — for as long as possible?

That pursuit has taken him from airline cockpits and corporate helicopters to some of the highest mountains on Earth.

As a veteran jet and helicopter pilot with more than 17,000 flight hours, Tom has spent his career operating in environments where precision, judgment, and human performance directly affect safety.

But aviation taught him something few people were talking about. Aircraft receive meticulous maintenance. The human operating the aircraft often does not. That realization became the foundation of AviatorsRx.ai.

Experience Forged in Performance

Tom's career spans aviation, health, leadership, entrepreneurship, and extreme adventure. His experience includes 17,000+ flight hours in corporate and airline aviation, service as a corporate aviation captain, two published books, a U.S. patent as an inventor, a Natural Mr. Universe title, and work as a human performance and longevity coach, international speaker, and founder of multiple performance companies.

Every chapter reinforced one belief: peak performance is never accidental. It is engineered.

Living the Mission

Tom has never believed in teaching concepts he hasn't lived himself. His work has always been grounded in personal experience.

He has climbed six of the Seven Summits, standing on the highest peaks across six continents, where success depends on preparation, recovery, decision-making, resilience, and disciplined execution.

In April 2027, he will attempt Mount Everest, completing the legendary Seven Summits challenge. For him, Everest is not simply another mountain. It represents the culmination of a lifetime dedicated to understanding what the human body and mind are truly capable of when health, preparation, and purpose align.

Beyond the Summit

Tom believes the future of aviation will not be defined solely by faster aircraft or smarter technology. It will be defined by healthier, stronger, and more resilient professionals.

That vision is why he founded AviatorsRx.ai. The company exists to advance the standard for aviation human performance by integrating aviation experience, performance science, sleep and recovery strategies, nutrition, movement, wearable insights, and coaching into one aviation-specific human-performance system.

The goal is simple: help professional aviators think more clearly, recover more effectively, perform more consistently, and build longer, healthier careers.

A Mission Larger Than Aviation

AviatorsRx.ai is only the beginning. Tom's long-term vision is to help redefine human performance across aviation while inspiring others to pursue lives of purpose, resilience, adventure, and service.

His expeditions — including Everest, Antarctica, and ultimately the North Pole — are not personal accomplishments alone. They are opportunities to demonstrate that extraordinary performance is possible at every stage of life when health becomes a daily discipline rather than an afterthought.

Because the future of aviation doesn't begin with better machines. It begins with better humans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AviatorsRx a medical or clinical service?+

No.

AviatorsRx is an aviation human-performance company. We provide education, coaching, and performance-focused services built around the operational realities of professional aviation — sleep, recovery, nutrition, movement, travel and duty load, wearable insights, cognitive readiness, and career longevity.

AviatorsRx does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical care, and does not replace Aviation Medical Examiners, physicians, mental-health professionals, registered dietitians, FAA medical certification, or employer safety systems.

How do engagements work?+

Every engagement begins with a conversation. We review your operating environment — schedule, travel, recovery patterns, training load, and performance goals — and then determine whether an individual, organizational, or research/partnership engagement is the right fit.

Program structure and investment are discussed directly, based on scope.

How do you use wearable data?+

We use wearable and self-reported information as insights and trends — sleep consistency, recovery patterns, HRV trends, circadian disruption, and workload — to inform coaching conversations and performance strategy.

These are not diagnostic measurements, and they are not used to determine medical fitness or fitness for duty.

What does AviatorsRx provide today versus what is being built?+

Today: human-performance education, coaching, workshops, and performance strategy for individual aviators and aviation organizations.

In development: a unified human-performance platform integrating circadian and time-zone load, fatigue and workload trends, sleep and recovery integration, wearable insights, and training/recovery balance. We label future capability as future capability.
