Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

AviatorsRx programs — including Digital Ground School, Command Pilot Performance, and Executive Air Wing — are delivered as described at the time of enrollment. Specific deliverables, schedules, and access durations are defined in your enrollment confirmation.

We may modify program content, structure, or delivery to improve quality and outcomes; material changes will not reduce the substance of the program you enrolled in.

Fees are charged in the currency and on the schedule disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.

Refund eligibility is defined in your enrollment confirmation. Where no specific policy is stated, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have not substantially consumed program content.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, reverse-engineering the platform, redistributing program content, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.

All program content, written materials, protocols, audio, video, and platform software are the property of AviatorsRx.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use as a program member.

The Services provide education, coaching, and performance protocols. They are not medical care and do not create a clinician-patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer for full terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviatorsRx.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other members, our staff, or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AviatorsRx.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
